Welcome to my corner of the internet. Here, we dive into the mysteries of the mind, the beauty of shadow work, and the transformative power of self-awareness.
This blog is for anyone curious about personal growth, consciousness, and the journey within. Expect insights, reflections, practical tools, and inspiration to guide your own exploration and healing.
Whether you’re here to read, reflect, or take the next step on your journey, you’re in the right place.
The mind doesn’t need to be “fixed”, it needs the space to create new pathways.
Emerging research on neuroplasticity and psilocybin is opening deeper conversations around healing, perspective shifts, and the brain’s ability to change. But insight alone isn’t transformation. The real work begins in how we integrate those experiences into daily life.
Healing is a process of awareness, intention, and action.
If you’re ready to explore the deeper science and practice of integration, “The Alchemy of Integration” is designed to guide you beyond the experience and into meaningful change.
What are critical periods? They’re windows where learning and adaptation are at their peak. Trauma, emotional patterns, and behavior are shaped during critical periods in brain development.
Neuroscience suggests these windows close over time, but the brain may still hold the capacity for change under the right conditions.
Current research is exploring whether temporary increases in neural flexibility during a psychedelic experience may reopen these critical periods, creating space for reprocessing and reorganizing deeply learned patterns.
This reframes healing as revisiting how the brain learned to interpret it in the first place.
If this idea of “reopening the mind’s capacity to relearn” resonates with you, explore how integration makes that process meaningful inside my online course:

Healing is a non-linear process. Sometimes things get worse before getting better. But at some point you’ll look back and realize how far you’ve come.
The deepest transformation occurs when we are fully seen, heard, and held by someone who can sit with our emotions without judgment. That’s what we do in therapy.
A safe, attuned relationship creates the space where pain can be processed, understood, and transformed. It’s the relationship itself that becomes part of the healing.
Who has been that safe presence in your life?
Ketamine research continues to highlight something often overlooked: the rapid shift in brain activity is only one part of the story.
When neuroplasticity increases, the brain may become more open to new patterns, learning, and emotional processing. But what follows after that window may be just as important as the session itself.
This is where integration becomes essential—how the mind organizes, understands, and carries forward change into daily life.

Everything changes the moment you stop focusing on cognitive healing and practice embodied healing.
Sometimes we use reasoning and intellectualization to make sense of our stories and we think “we’ve done the work”. In the meantime we’re struggling to be in a relationship, we can’t feel joy, we don’t progress professionally, we find no purpose in life, we go around in circles, we’re stuck.
Insight is great but not enough to heal. If you want to go further, you need to jump in. Not with your head, with your body. How? That’s my job to help you figure it out.
For the last decade, I’ve guided hundreds of people from all over the world through psychedelic preparation and integration.
Through circles, retreats, mentoring programs, and professional trainings, I’ve witnessed what truly supports lasting transformation. Now, I’ve brought all of that experience together into an online course designed to be accessible, grounded, and supportive.
My understanding of psychedelic medicines is rooted in over 35 years of dedicated personal practice. Everything I teach, I’ve first learned through direct personal experience—long before bringing it into my clinical work. This course distills my body of work into frameworks and maps, that help you process, unpack, and make meaning of what arises in non-ordinary states of consciousness.
I weave together both clinical and spiritual perspectives, offering an approach that honors the full depth of the psychedelic experience—not just the insight, but the embodiment that must follow.
Inside the course, I share both the theory and the practices that have supported profound, sustainable changes in me and in my clients.
Whether you’re just beginning to explore what psychedelics are truly about, or you’re a seasoned psychonaut or guide, this course invites you into deeper inquiry, embodiment, and transformation—for yourself and for the people you serve.
I hope you find it useful.
After a deep psychedelic experience, there’s often a sense of openness, like everything is closer to the surface.
The instinct is to make meaning out of it right away. To understand, to figure it all out.
But this isn’t the moment for analysis. This is the moment to slow down. To come back to your body. To let your system settle before asking it for clarity.
Because integration doesn’t begin with understanding, it begins with feeling safe.
If you’d like to learn how to move through this phase with more care and intention, I'm excited to share that my online course The Alchemy of Integration: A Guide for the Psychedelic Journey is now live.
Small, unspoken frustrations can quietly build into resentment, creating what I call "relationship debt." In this short video, I explore why saying yes to radical honesty, even when something feels small or uncomfortable to bring up, can help prevent emotional distance, strengthen trust, and keep your relationship from carrying the weight of unspoken pain.
Deepak Chopra is in the Epstein files. Yup. I’ve seen the (conscious and unconscious) misuse of power in the psychedelic and spiritual space more than once. Guru and cult energy on one side, and vulnerable, suggestible people on the receiving end. The ego plays dangerous games. Be watchful, exercise caution, do your due diligence, and trust your intuition. Sadly, greed and predatory forces have found fertile ground in this space.
Your mental health is a critical driver of your success.
Stress, trauma, anxiety, burnout directly impact focus, creativity, and decision-making. Taking care of your mind gives you the clarity and resilience you need to achieve your goals.

I’d love to guide you through this process too. Whatever success means to you. let's talk to boost your mental health and start unlocking your success now.
